I had seeked preliminary advice from 9 different law firms all which gave me generic responses and completely missed the significance of my profession in the case. I had come across ‘My Legal Crunch Victoria’ and spoke with their team. Immediately, their level of professionalism, knowledge and tailored advice left me confident that they would be the best to represent me over the other law firms. The introduction package given I found very useful, as it helped bring me up to speed with the legal system/terms. Furthermore, the expected/potential costs were clear at the start and I was not given any nasty surprises which I appreciated over other law firms who were quite vague with how they charge. They were very generous with their time, making themselves contactable when I needed them and accommodating my lifestyle/work hours. They were very thorough in their work/research and proactive having several plans/considerations in case they were needed. They were methodical and calculated in their approach and continuously consulted with me throughout the process, giving me a sense of control at all times. Even after the court proceedings were completed, they still went above and beyond to leave me with expert parting advice and addressed outstanding concerns in regards to my profession.
